NYC sources
- NYC City Record Online: Solicitations from city agencies (DDC, Parks, DEP, DOT, HPD, DCAS and more). Live now.
- NYC School Construction Authority (SCA): School capital and repair bids. Coming soon.
- NYCHA: Housing authority construction and repair solicitations. Coming soon.

Texas road and bridge
TxDOT highway lettings with CCSJ numbers, letting dates and TxDOT's estimates.
The problem
Public work is posted in dozens of places: city records, school districts, housing authorities, transit agencies and state portals. Keyword searches miss relevant bids and bury you in irrelevant ones. “Electrical” pulls up software licenses, and “paving” misses “sidewalk reconstruction.” Prequalification lists and deadlines slip by.
What you get
Trade-matched bids
Pick one or more trades and we classify each solicitation by trade, including ones with vague titles like “Reconstruction of…”. Classification is automated and still being tuned.
Ongoing / prequalification lists
Rolling PQL enrollments are kept in their own section so they don't get lost among dated bids.
Due dates in local time
Every bid shows its due date and time, and links straight to the official notice. We never resell bid documents; you always bid through the agency.
Your filters
Choose your trades and states. In New York City you can also narrow to boroughs. Change them anytime from the link in every email.
